The range of options we offer is virtually endless: from simple drinks receptions to tens of thousands of canapés, from sausages straight off the grill to oyster cocktails or gourmet gala dinners. In doing so, we focus largely on market-fresh, seasonal produce, and many products are also still made in-house. For example, our own patisserie creates a whole world of confectionery, from simple buffet pastries for breaks through to dessert landscapes.
